The media could in developing their ethical guidelines say, well, the horse has already left the barn. And even if we don't run the story, these photos are going to exist online forever. Or conversely, if we do publish these photographs once, we're never going to be able to take them down in an effective manner. Because that story will be copied by you know, all the people who were offended by the banner at the frat party. It will be propagated now and forever. And so, you know, where where we publish these photographs online, you know, we sort of have to make the decision now about whether we're going to propagate these in cyberspace. Just making that decision later on five years down the line when the fellow is trying to get a job and is asking, asking that they be taken down. We're not going to have the luxury of taking them down after they cease to become news because they'll be out there forever.
