So the original decision which stood for um all
platforms national, local, TV, radio and online was

that we were not going to use any um clips, any
still photos, any audio from the video whatsoever.

The decision was made because um in part
some of the reporters in the courtroom had

observed Syretzky throughout the trial um sort of
smiling during some of the most graphic testimony.

Like it almost seemed like he was getting off on it. So um that added to the decision

that we didn't want to give him more of
a platform um on top of the fact that um

you know the higher-ups decided it seemed
gratuitous and a little over the top.
